But both Buyers and Sellers need a REALTORŪ to solve all the problems along the way, to facilitate the sale or purchase, to negotiate through contracts and most importantly, to ensure the interests of their clients. |  |
So what is my philosophy? It all comes down to service. Treat your client like you want to be treated, communicate regularly so your client knows what is happening in their transaction, and, be an advocate for their interests.
